Where should I store my fragrance?
Keep it in a cool, dark place away from sunlight, heat, and humidity.
Does OUGAT perfume expire?
Perfumes don’t have a strict expiration date, but the optimal usage period is about 3 years, depending on storage.
Where do I find my coupon code after purchasing a Discovery Set?
After buying a Discovery Set, you’ll get a promo code equal to its value. It’s sent by email once your order ships.
How do I use my coupon code?
Enter the code at checkout and apply it. Valid for full-size fragrances (75ml, 125ml, 200ml) for 45 days from issue.

Where are your products made?
All OUGAT fragrances are made in France.
Are your fragrances all natural?
OUGAT uses some of the purest natural ingredients, but also includes synthetic components. This allows our perfumers creative freedom. Synthetic ingredients are safe and essential for recreating certain notes.
DELIVERY & ORDERS
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt.
What are your delivery times?
- UAE: 1–2 working days.
- GCC: 5–10 working days.
We do not offer pick-up points or in-store collection.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are securely processed.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Contact our Customer Care team if you need assistance.
How can I track my order?
Tracking info is sent by email once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view status.
Do I pay customs or VAT?
No. All fees and VAT are included in the price.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
- Only OUGAT products purchased from our website can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Include all items from the order including complimentary gifts.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact Customer Care to initiate a return. Do not discard products before contacting us. Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
